Jubilee redesigned for the SkratchJams weekly challenge. This ended up be a REAL challenge for me. Not only is character design a weakness for me but I'm not familiar with Jubilee because, well, I never liked the character. Anyway, I tried to make her costume resemble the look in the films since we never got to see her in geared up on the big screen.
