Description
One of the mor persistent foes of the original Captain Marvel, IBAC was originally a criminal named Stanley "Stinky" Printwhistle. Stanley made a literal deal with the devil and Lucifer gives him the powers of four historical villains. From Ivan the Terrible he gains terror, from Cesare Borgia he gains cunning, from Atilla the Hun, he gains ferocity, and from the Roman emperor Caligula, he gains cruelty. Those sound more like personality traits than superpowers, but IBAC also has physical strength and toughness that rival those of Captain Marvel. IBAC doesn't have super speed or flight and his physical prowess are not as good as those of Captain Marvel, but he is a pretty good rival, regardless.
