I see this and I realize I've been playing too much Arkham City.
This is pretty good stuff here. Not so sure about your trees though. You have all of this background detail, then there's these trees that look like cartoony cardboard props. The rest is pretty good though. I even like how you added a crime scene in the water there. Tells a background story that goes along with the image.
