Description
I was inspired to do this painting of some cypress trees in the swamp after seeing so many in my travels in the southern states. Rising from the dark, murky waters, the cypress tree is a stately symbol of the swamp. I love the winding root system of these trees. This painting is part of my Florida watercolor collection.
