mahou sensei negima! It's a popular shonen series. Basically, a young mage prodigy, Negi, age 10, is sent to teach at a girls middle school for the final phase of his training to become a magister magi. It's an ecchi series. At one point, the girls decide to have a contest for who has the biggest rack... yeah. It's a really good series. You should check it out.
