The RE98-2 is a standard road engine used across the CSA and North America. The engines are largely produced by Marion Engine Works and Confederate Diesel. These are used by most companies including the M&D, TL&SW, and CC&SW among smaller companies. Other variants of this engine including the PRE98, and PR98-B.
