Description
The forth robot made by Dr. Maxim using his weapon the Oil Splasher. The Oil Splasher fires a large thick wave of oil that is able to travel along the ground, similar to Wave Man's water wave. However the oil can stick to the ground , causing enemies to become immobile. If Incinerator Man's weapon the Heat Scorcher is used, it burns the enemies caught in the Oil.
