Description
Having been a fan of PiXtudio work and in need of a good theme for LiteStep I took it upon myself to port the UniverseMetal HoverDesk theme. It is a bit different then the original, but what would you expect. This is my first LiteStep theme, so please go easy on me.- OTS
- 1024x768 and above
- 9 wallpaper options included
- 3 interfaces (full, reduced, & minimal)
- hidden windows for xProp & lsxCommand
- mod of GetWeather included for weather popup menu
Fixes from 1.0/1.1
- Hopefully squashed most of the image flicker problems reported.
- Modified the main shortcuts to make room for more tasks. (Limit of 8 is now 12)
- Modified theme to fit 1024 x 768
- Added a simple start menu and began work on something a bit more complete.
- Added WinAmp controls
- Consolidated VWM, System Tray, and Winamp into one multi-use pane.
- more to come in version 2
* Permission granted by treetog of PiXtudio is included in theme

oh yea and the uninitialized variable error you're getting is because he probably uses:
ModuleDir $ThemeDir$modules\
instead of:
ModulesDir $ThemeDir$modules\
i'm guessing your popup has a link to the included documentation in it (like the error says) and that's why you are getting the error. two solutions to this problem:
1) change your popup.rc to $ModuleDir$ instead of $ModulesDir$
2) change the step.rc settings to $ModulesDir$ instead of $ModuleDir$

like i said on customize, excellent work. you really have to use the theme to appreciate all the impressive bits and pieces in this theme.

Blast. Problems I have found...
1) On startup, I get an error message:
Unintialized variable: modulesdir
at line *popup "module doc" !PopupFolder:"$ModulesDir$docs\"*.*
That's not too bad....I could live with it, I guess (even though I don't know what it means) It seems like the theme works fine other than that, except that I can't see the Tasks. I can click where they should be (and they show when I put the bar to minimal), but the black task image overlaps it otherwise. If I knew how to fix this, I would, because this is a beautiful theme. No integrated Winamp, but I can deal

Beautiful! So clean and slick...
I have Win2K so Litestep themes don't always work right, but I'm definitely going to give this one a shot. I'll comment again about the interface if it works alright on my comp
