The expression on her face (not to mention how her legs are bent inward) really makes her look adorably nervous. The chains are really more for show than anything (especially the collar and wrist ones), they don't really impede her movement too much, but they make it obvious how totally captive and defenseless she is. Poor elf girl, probably was kidnapped from her homeland and shipped off to auction to be ogled at by who knows how many potential buyers. Hopefully she gets sold to a kind master (or maybe mistress?) who'd take good care of her.
