Just after uploading this DVD Plastic Case: [link] I thought... well, that looks super for video!
But what happened to Audio? 
Well, I've quickly made this other freebie for you to enjoy. It is customizable, but you need to know a bit of Photoshop.
Note: This is PSD file is FREE. Use it wherever you want. You don't even need to credit me.
