More like the changling officer in the mlp comic, the Return of Queen Chrysalis.  I remember Chrysalis had a changling in green armor that acted like an officer or second in command in the third issue of the series.

just putting this out there: Celeste is hot!!! Also, I don't at all like the way that each of the tiaras has the ponies faces on them rather than the cutie mark like how the show has it . . . it would make more sense and be more visually appealing . . .
