No. Gender is actually a really deep seated part of personal identity. I couldn't find the exact less wrong post even tough I searched hard(more than an hour), but if you change your gender it might just as well not be you.

Yeah, I know it seems quite silly to apply real world science if we're talking about magical ponies, but this is actually something that holds true even in all magical universes. You cannot really change your sexual identity without severely disrupting your consciousness. It would be like murdering the original and substituting a copy.

On the other hand Chrysalis could have been transgender the whole time(she wasn't that closely characterized in the show) Or trapped in the wrong body NOW. Or you know NOT human in the first place and thus wired completely different.

After actually sleeping for a few hours this is really silly.
Anyway: There is no possible "cure" for homosexuality, no matter what magic you have, was what I meant. And I like Chryssie, so I'm dissapointed.
