Hey man!
Three words:YOU HAVE TALENT!keep doing these comics and include more characters and give theme a precise role,like Iron Will as the school coach,or Gilda and the Diamond dogs as the local bullies,or Snip and Snails as a couple of geeks.You can also rapresent Trixie as a jealous student whoto get her revenge on Twilight and her friends and to do that she receves the alicorn amulet from Discord.And if you want to do a second season you can present King sombra as the main villain.
just some ideas

The emotional turmoil Applejack seems to be facing reminds me of a girl I know. She's a bit like your version of Applejack, just not so serious. She's down to earth, a writer, and she lost her mom at a young age due to a subdural hematoma. The last time I saw her, we were both basically toddlers, and all I know about her today is what my granddad told me, since he works with her granddad. By the looks of it, Applejack must have lost someone dear to her.
