Look at it from his perceptive--apparently girls that are his age are either creepily stalkerish or assholes because of the whole 'eww...cooties!!!' thing.  And yes, I understand that they are kids- they are naive and unknowingly of their feelings...so a girl will rather hit (literary hit) a boy of tease them to no end....

...I don't care if they are kids,  that's still assholish...I don't blame him for crushing on older girls.   Seems like the other girls can care for him even if it's a 'little brother' thing.


.....go ahead.  Blame and/or flame me as you wish.  It's quite obvious that I've had some bad experiences with it and generally distrust them...I'm aware of how pathetic I am by writing this....


EDIT:  I think the day Spike finally gives up Rarity will not just be because of his connection with her, but that finally THAT GIRL (or guy--I don't judge) shows up and show Spike that there are girls out there his own age that would like to hang out with him (and at the same time not make him feel like a shmuck),  and no I really don't think it's gonna be one of the Crusaders....as a matter of fact, there has to be a close to 180 on them for me to actually feel decent with Spike going after one of them...

Wow, that was quite the battle.  However, Rarity was severely hurt.  And there's that "feeling her pain" thing Spike has when Rarity's heavily injured and Pinkie's berserk button being pressed.  And even though Twilight's out of town, her copy is adorable.

Another nice page. And Pinkie has very(x20) odd fetishes. I really want to compliment you on your portrayal of her, though. I'm enjoying her more so than almost any other character with Dash being almost dead even. I could well see this Pinkie holding a story all her own.

By the way, great job on this one as well; you've come a really long way since you started, specially in the dialogue. It sounds a lot more natural here, and it's sued perfectly to convey whatever emotion the reader is supposed to feel. In that regard, you've improved greatly.
