Here's a snazzy lil base I whipped up based on a drawing of one of my OCs. Could be used for a fairy hovering/ flying, a character levitating, or for the original purpose I used it for here , which is laser vision. I included a laser which can be moved over the eye after you're done editing, if you decide to use it for that. This base is going to be the first in a series of bases centered around magic powers and such that I plan on making, all of which will be F2U

RULES:

DO's
Edit the lines to change body type, gender, species, etc
  Use for personal art
Use for YCHs
Use for paid commissions, weather it be for real money or online currency
  Link back your creations in the comments and show me what you've made!
  Move my watermark to a different place in the image
  Remove the optional laser vision add-on
