This is quetzaly! A cute Mexican nationality(Aztec) Pikachu~Wearing a dark red Bandana with the symbol of Tonatiuh,the Aztec Sun God
This was a gift to a recently met friend of mine who I think is going to be a awesome Artist even with the little works he has finished and I wish him the best of luck~ he did draw his pikachu before but he said after an error and a change of equipment the picture was lost,so as I nice gift for him I decided to invest my own time and skills to give him this

Pikachu as an Already existing character belongs to Game Freak and Nintendo
