Beautiful painting, I love the muted colors against the bright angel and devil, and the poor guy's terrified (or perhaps hyper-alert) expression!

I just love this! The voices in your head while you try to sleep, they drive you mad until you give up sleep alltogether and then you slowly start to go grey and limp, frail like a child with bloodshot eyes. Poor guy.
