Yup, this is my first, fully-fledged, totally serious 3D render with Blender Cycles. Mario dabbing.
I've learned a LOT in Blender Cycles in the past few weeks, thanks to JDMH, who helped me a lot by referring me to various tutorial.

It was quite a bit of a challenge but fuck was it fun to mess around with nodes. I love making materials now, which I was scared of before when I used to only shyly dip my toes into Cycles. I can safely say that I've finally moved on from Internal after 3 damn years.

And btw yes I'm still working on that EarthBound font, just very slowly. I know I said it'd be done.. two weeks ago (I think yeah), but I was having so much fun with Blender. I really need to stop promising stuff, so it'll come out when it comes out. thx
