Norman Vincent Osborn/The Goblin: The owner of Oscorp and father to Harry Osborn (One of Peter’s friends). He was a vastly respected man who would do anything to help Harry achieve his goals, although he also wants what is best for him. One day, he and his team invented a serum that can enhance human DNA to the point to where they can become “super humans.” The company was also facing huge charges, and since this will result in both his company and his son's future looking grim he had no choice but to test it out quick on himself. That was the day that the Green Goblin was born.

Herman Schwartz/The Shocker: A college student with a good taste in both music and inventing. His father was also an inventor who was arrested during a heist he was allegedly committed for. He does not see his father as threat to society, but rather as a visionary who had potential, along with society being the threat itself by stomping on people’s goals. He would eventually carry on his father’s goals as he would wear the soundwave-generating gauntlets his father worn from that heist, and becomes “The Shocker”.
