The Neo Halloweenger will also win their partners. Scales is a Gillman who says he was old who nursed Ryo when he was knocked off the mountain during a mission. Scales lived alone in a terma at the foot of the mountain because he wanted to live in peace and quiet, despising any conflict even complaining of the noise of the fight that occurred in that place. The next day, due to an abnormal and sudden drought that has occurred across the mountain, Scales is forced to go to town to arrange a place to stay, causing turmoil and thus rediscovering Ryo. After some clashes of ideas between the two, Sclaes is touched by Ryo's determination, dropping his pacifist path to aid him in the battle so that they can conquer peace.
