The anime were referring to is called "Ladies Vs Butlers", and it's claimed to be a piece of sh*t work. The series is stupid, so we're only focusing on the 1st 2 episodes. As for the universe we're in, it's the universe where every human, and every half-animal member of the Fight-Club is a feral talking animal. Not sure how this version of Neko will fix this, but some cats have evolved to open doors, so maybe the trigger on the Ultratime Oscillator shouldn't be that different.
