Both Rosa, And Coco are owned by OneMessedUpHero , and yes I forgot some details like the rose in Rosa's hair, and the fact that Coco is suppose to be a half-dragon, but let's just say both changes are do to UltraTime changing us as we go in between parallel worlds.
