Description
This is Commander Rory Kaneko (金子ロリー) AKA Razell, the leader of the Razell Rebellion, and the main series antagonist of Red Dasher since 1994. He's operating from his base in outer space, known as the Wave Station.

Razell wants to take over the entire world, but always loses by Max Roberts and Team Dashers. And he isn't trying to give up after what he did to his former team back in Metronex City, now wants to kill him! He'll even team up with Reyna Tacurda/Riftbyrn and reign, until betrayal. He has the weapon the Voltade, an electric sword to the Fire Railer Pistol.
