I've been practicing how to draw skulls a couple of times and this is the first time I've done any drawing on black paper.Best color pencils to use on black paper is Prang color pencils. I used white and silver Prang color pencils for this. If you try normal color pencils from other companies it usually doesn't stand out as much.
