Description
I did this one as a personal work, and to make a reel contains many scenes .. this will be the first one -insha Allah-the story behind it is that when machines controlled the world and destroyed every living form on the earth, a small plant grows on an electronic place where a sentinel saw it ... but his system couldn't recognize this object and put him in a confusion about "what is this?"
am trying to make some other scenes shows the robotic have some human feelings suddenly like love, surprise, hate ... etc
done using 3Ds Max, Vray, Photoshop and After FX

In the Matrix trilogy it is shown that the machines do have emotions. There are exile programs who love one another and are trying to find safety; Deus Ex Machina shows fear and anger when talking to Neo. And overall, the very existence of the Machine City is due to a sense of survival; the machines built their own city to find peace. The humans refused to let them have peace, so they waged war against the humans - and that's the whole reason behind the Human/Machine War. Spawned of 2 very physically different races, but both having exactly the same emotions and desires.

u should fix the texture misstakes , starting on the head.. maybe better textures for the leaves. and hdri for the gals eyes.. the eyes red would symbolisize taht there is sth undefined, more than blue. morep olygones for the arms would be better and the textures where the ends of the arm elements are on teh lower picture doent fir right either.

I'm not sure if you have ever seen Ghost in the Shell, it is an anime and this robot looks alot like one from the show.
m'not complaining or anything I'm just sayin to me there's a likiness to it. And that is the reason why i love this picture and the 3-D graphics are superb. The story you put about it not being to recognize the flower was really sweet C: I hope you do more because this looks really great~!

lookes like a fuzion between Wall-E, the first Final Fantasy movie (one wit the ghosts) and the matrix (sqiddies). is very good picture!

Great concept and I love the lightning! This gives off an interesting atmosphere. On one side it's the surprise and exploratory feeling coming from the machine and on another side it's lonelyness, beauty and small bit of hope coming from the flower.
