Description
A remake has been long overdue, a redesign of the NWR F2170. This time it's classified as an F1 since it would be the first 2-4-2 built by the GNR.
Also I now have a legitimate reason for why a 2-4-2 version of the C1 could've worked as a real design, since two locomotives on the GNR were meant to be modified versions of the C1 (a 2-6-2 for mixed traffic, and the 1915-1917 A1 prototypes), the F1's backstory of it being an experiment that had it's plans sold to the NWR before it could even be built does not seem so unbelievable anymore

Now it would be nice to see Jamesfan use this version, but i'm pretty sure he's already done animating engines on a mission so this redesign will probably not be featured.
