BACKSTORY: Chikyu Suzuki is a 25 year old zoologist who was selected as one of the many participants to enter in the Desire Grand Prix. Chikyu was selected to become Kamen Rider Rizzga and battle against the Jyamato. Originally, Chikyu was once an illegal poacher who took animals away from their habitats and put them in captivity until he saved a little girl and her dog from being ran over.WARNING: This toku sprite was created by Zyuoh-Eagle from their Deviant Art Channel, under the title "Kamen Rider Punkjack|Entry Raise Form". Please do no give me full credibility of the design of the suit, except for the color of the helmet and the ID Core.
NOTE: Considering that we also have Kamen Riders Shirowe, Dapaan, and Punk Jack. This would make my oc character, Rizzga, the fourth rider to be based on a similar motif, but with difference to it.
