By the sounds of it, this other monster could be either Paps or monster!Frisk... My guess is Frisk, seeing as human!Paps only mentioned spaghetti and puzzles. And SkeleSans is likely the only monster from the canon universe in this other universe, anyway.
Also it seems that this Sans knows a few shortcuts too.
btw, when typing with the Papyrus font, you might want to use two spaces between the words, makes it easier to read.
