3/24/18 Edit: Gosh, this old thing keeps popping up in the weirdest places. I'm flattered that folks seem to like it even after all these years, but I like to think I can do a lot better now! Give my more recent pieces a look:---
I apologize for all of the empty gray non-backgrounds. Maybe one day I'll think of something prettier to put in that space, but right now I'm just trying to force myself to actually upload art. I don't know why it's so hard for me. I'm like a digital hermit.
Anyway...well, Spyro needs no introduction, no explanation, and no excuse. He's SPYRO.

I used refs pretty heavily for the colors, and the way the horns shine, and especially the curves of the horns themselves -- they're killers. XD I also did lots of practice sketches based on screenshots at different angles to get used to drawing him.
