It'd been a while since I'd done a straight ink piece.

After I concluded my visit to the Korean Friendship Bell in San Pedro, I paid a visit to the Pike in Long Beach.

Those of you who attended Anime Expo last year in 2007 will undoubtedly know the place.

Sitting down at one of the tables, I sketched what I saw in front of me - the trees, the ferris wheel and the buildings.

Up until now, I hadn't really done any scenery sketches. This made for some really good practice.
