Tirek has all the magic in equestria, but I wonder if radiation is a real thing in the MLP universe. If it is, maybe Tirek would have a challenge. It all depends if radiation and magic are separate or the same thing in the show's world.

Godzilla is not a Lizard he is a mutated dinosaur or as he is in the new movie a ancient survivor of a time when the planet was highly irradiated you're probably thinking of Roland Emmerich"s crappy remake that had nothing to do with Godzilla other than the title featuring a mutant lizard running loose in New York with Raptor babies.
