WARNING: Loud screams ahead, turn down ur speaker volume!I warned ya.
A part of the flash animation I have been working on for my series 2Masters. T_T It takes so long to make this short animations.... man...
Age: 10 weeks.
It's basically done.... I am still not sure whether the preloader works now or not. The white screen should show for a brief moment even if the preloader is working. Only those with slower bandwith can tell now.
I am not sure how to make the animation load while playing. Some can give me tips on action scripts if you wish. I need to learn more in that area.
There is some final touch up i will do after some rest. The completion should be near, it's not perfect, but I certainly feel achievement from this animation. I am getting near to what I want, step by step.

I really liked how the bird flew and morphed about until it turns into a background...
I bet that was really hard to do...

Yiiipes.x-x; Animation's hard. The bird, obviously, isn't completely animated-looking; it stops all jaggedly as the wings peak up in flight as you copy-paste the loop; looks veeery messy. X3 Then there's when he slashes his sword- something looks kinda not right about that- it could be smoother, is all.:3 Still, pretty artwork. SFX and music I suppose'll be added later, but right now it reeeally takes away.^^ Hope the finished product's finished soon~!

animations take so friggin long. I'm currently taking animation class at school, and now I have a VERY HIGH respect for animators.

The only person who ever submits Flash stuff into my DevWatch box is * LegendaryFrog , so I thought, "oh, flash, this is LF".
Then watching it, I thought, "Wow, that looks a lot like the guy Mayshing always draws."
Then I backed up and looked at the name. And it IS you.
So hey, it's a compliment! Your stuff is unique and good (and memorable) enough that I think other people are stealing your characters.....? Right? Yes !

this is really beautiful, i love the very beginning part where the bird changes into an eagle, it looks really amazing, i also love how you've done the animation showing the bg, that looks really good as welll..... i love the bg details and all the other parts, especially the sword part.....just keep going at the animation and i'm sure it will look amazing, i wish i could give some suggestions about using flash, and keeping the file size small, but i use flash to help my traditional animation......, [link] you've probably seen it, but this is some of my animation,

Yours is an inspiration too. I was trying to keep this at a Flash work level, but urs just showed me the possibilities, although that would take an insane about of time and I probably won't be able to do it in just my Animation Independent study... But this current piece truely opened up my interest in flash, I will surely be working on something better in the future. Thanks for sharing. And congrat on getting in DDF at 8/23. Too bad I missed that. ^^

thanks for that, i really like yours as well, and can't wait to see it finished, yeah, i have to be honest, i won't be bale to work on another animation liek that one till i get time off from uni, as i'm currently working on 2 (well learning soemthing new), i can't wait to see what else you come up with, and again no worries about the DDF thing. thanks for looking at my stuff. ^¬^

I cant do animations... so I really envy you. I like how the bird goes farther away then suddenly to the characters scene and to the sword and so on so fourth. I really like the transitions. The hard work you put into it really shows and I cant wait for the final product! Perhaps if I could suggest some cool sound effects in the final (if you already werent planning it)? Meep, and maybe you can make us all an awesome tutorial ^_~ I'm just asking. You dont have to do it.

good pointers... I was wondering about the lag issue. Now I am worried.
I think the beginning of that animation is wonderful, the posture and movement, of the first strikes of those ninjas, it got a little rougher later.
