Sly 4 is coming out. Everyone thought that it was going to be about Sly's life as a cop, but I kind of figured it wouldn't be. This is really cool, I've always had a hard time understanding how artists make pictures come out like this though. Photoshop is mentioned a lot, but what exactly does that program do?
