Five minute sketch in tech class. I'm going to try and remake this and put this one up in the scrap pile later. This one I didn't even get time to fix any errors, this is how most of my work looks when I don't fix it and when I want to put stupid effects like a tornado...w00t! Same character, different eyes, new threads, angel wings! That's about it though... Things that I should not rush on when doing the remake:
Wings
Posture
Cloths
Weapon
Tornado
Everything else...
