PCPD (Palm City Police Department) wants to Stepped Up the High Speed Task Force (HSTF) to do fight against new racers in the Town with their better performing vehicle, HSTF Decided to upgraded their Vehicle to Keeping up with the new racers with Higher Perform Vehicle and also Re-design the Patrol car livery.

so it's been 2 years since i'm not active in Deviantart mainly is my study work and my prepare to enter the University life. so sorry for didn't active in here for while but we know main work comes first.
