Here's another one for Jelly of the Month. When I was a kid, I would go to the local Wilson Farms (a convenience store) and look for new copies of "Peter Porker, The Spectacular Spider-Ham" with my friend Chris Bishop , who is now, and was then, an amazing artist. We were more interested in Spider-Ham than his human counterpart Spider-Man. We would draw those characters all day. Man, those were the days.
