Well... Actually, they do sell a chess set, where every piece is a shot glass. You're supposed to fill em' with each with Vodka(or your choice poison(s)) and for each pice you take, you drink all of whatsever in that glass. (or was it the opponent did... ehhh...) the winner is he who wins by normal rules, or doesn't pass out(whichever comes first). and cheating is encouraged, as long as your opponent doesn't catch you when you're doing it, it's legal.
yea... Don't remember where I saw it though, me friend showed it to me.

I love the picture! I have a chess set like that, minus the mini bottles of booze. I am awful at setting up lighting artificially, I just try to use as much natural light as possible.
I must say though, as much as I loved the picture, once I saw your avatar, I was entranced, and then suddenly really creeped out. (note to self: must play less Silent Hill)

Ah, this I like muchly. Have you played alcoholic chess? Simply, you assign each piece a drink based on its "value" - the stronger the piece, the stronger the drink - and when you capture a piece, you drink it. They say Alekhine used to win games by sacrificing his queen in the early stages.
