Once you download the brushes, save to a memorable place. Go to where you saved the zip file and unzip it. In the file there will be an ABR file, which is the brushes. At this point you want to copy & paste the ABR brush file to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 6.0\Presets\Brushes. Once you have placed the brush file there, you can open PSE 6, go to your brush tool and load the brushes. Hope that helps!!
