Doubtful, Spawn is way more powerful, than Freddy or Jason.
Both Freddy and Jason are minor demons, with stictly limted powers (Freddy is only powerful, when someone is afaid of him, Jason can only do physical attacks), Spawn's powers are limited only by his current energy level and imagination. And he always trying to keep his energy level high.

It would be a close bout, but I would put money on Freddy. Spawn only exists in the waking world while Freddy can (With enough fear of him and spiritual energy consumed) can exist in both. Besides that even if Spawn were to combat freddy on his own turf of dreamscape Freddy is basically god there, placing spawn at a severe disatvantage. And even if Spawn were to win the battle freddy would live on through the fear he no doubt would inflict on anyone who got in the way of their fight and more than likely win the war.
Of course on the flip side Freddy has a tendancy to over toy with his prey and unintentionally turn their fear into anger, thus robbing him of his power over them. And since spawn doesn't fear much of anything that gives him a slight advantage...

Spawn's powers bound to his mind, not body. So he can also use them in dreamscape. Since there's not much that limits his powers, he can for example cast Freddy out to physical world, of send him straight to hell.

If it was Spawn's mind, they were fighting in. I think the fight might end with a draw. Freddy maybe a god there but Spawn could be too. Spawn's power are only limited by his current energy level and imagination. In his own mind, He would have infinte power cause his imagination is much more stronger there.(Spawn's imagination and willpower is much more stronger than an average demon EX.Jason).
