EDIT: Mmkay, so many people have been curious as to what my reasonings were for sorting the Strawhats.. first off, let me just say that I believe there are several ways that they can be rearranged, but this was how I worked it out in my mind:

*Luffy is Gryffindor for obvious reasons.. he's the courageous and reckless hero of the show. Also, on a random note, I liked how the Gryffindor colors roughly correspond with Luffy's own trademark color, red.

*Zoro is one who I think could be put in several houses.. but in the end I put him in Gryffindor for several reasons. First off, though courageous and with his own rare moments of chivalry, Zoro is also undeniably loyal, particularly to Luffy. I like to think that the Sorting Hat takes your own opinion into consideration, and though Zoro doesn't usually give a damn, I think he'd subconsciously wish to stick close to his Captain because his allegiance, devotion and bond to Luffy are that strong.

*I wasn't sure about placing Nami in Slytherin at first, but then it turned out to be more or less the perfect spot for her xD She's shrewd, cunning, ambitous, etc etc, and usually gets what she wants.. therefore she'd basically own the Slytherin household.

*Sanji was the hardest to place. He pulls off this whole chivalrous "Knight in Shining Armor" farce when concerning women, but I wanted to go with something a bit deeper than that.. Anyway, when I narrowed it down, although perverted and sometimes, uh.. distracted, Sanji is able to keep himself calm and collected when the time calls for it. This ability allows him to think things through calmly and rationally, as opposed to Zoro and Luffy who are more impulsive and rash. So ya. I tied that in with the cool intellect of Ravenclaw.. no matter how vague it might be xD
I also like to think that Sanji sees more than most of the others, even if he's usually short one eye; ) Plus he looks great in blue../shot/

*Usopp didn't take me long.. The Hufflepuff household is defined by people who "value hard-work, patience, friendship, and fair play rather than an aptitude among its members".. so I just figured that Usopp had similar values:' )

*I also ended up putting Chopper in Hufflepuff for most of the same reasons as Usopp^^. Although Chopper is quite smart (I mean, come on, he's a doctor!) I think that his priorities regarding friendship and fairness overpower his intellect. Chopper is also a bit naive, and alternates between thinking things through logically and with a childlike mindset.

*I think Robin as Ravenclaw is pretty straight-forward.. she's smart, wise, insightful, and knows just about everything! XDD

*I put Franky in Hufflepuff because although he's creative and presents a strong personality, he is also a total softie xD Franky tries to hide the emotional romanticist that he his behind loud and brash actions.. but in reality, he truly values friendship and hard-work, among other sentimental morals. I mean, it's kind of hard not to notice when he starts serenading with a pink guitar; ) <3

*And finally, Brook. I initially wanted to put Brook in Hufflepuff because of his friendly personality, but I was already mass-producing in that household so I tried to take a different direction with him. Like most Ravenclaws, Brook is incredibly gifted. I know that the rest of the Strawhats have their own particular talents as well, but what separates Brook from the others is that musical ability is usually considered a high-brow, "intellectual" talent.. not to mention that he amplifies this to the nth degree (also using it for battle). On another note, Brook's got about 50+ years under his belt, which categorizes him as a more knowledgeable/resourceful character due to his extended life time. Kind of like a "wise-old-man" type deal, except that Brook is hardly mature enough for such a role.. XD

So there you have it! Sure, not all of them are entirely accurate, but whatever~:' ) Feel free to share your own opinion on where you think they should be placed! It's really interesting to see the different perspectives people take on this!! I just felt that an explanation for my own reasoning was very much needed~ XDD
