I love this look, especially the hair.  I'm no fan of the mohawk do they keep trying to put on her, but I love the big ponytail you've given her.  It gives her a more of a rain goddess look.  I also like the waist-cape in place of the full mantle she usually has.  I too would love to see this in an animated form.
