Hey there boss! I'm here to do a little ProjectComment action.
There are a ton of good things to say about this drawing. I really like your stylization of the human figure. I feel like you have a really firm grasp on the fundamentals of character drawing. The poses of the two girls are pretty dynamic and they really pop. Their body language is also great and it gives them a real sense of attitude. Just awesome! I also really like your coloring. It's very simple but it works well and I'm a huge fan of the cel shading. Color choices are wonderful and compliment each other nicely. Overall it's a really well done piece. Kudos to you!
The improvement suggestions I have for you are pretty minor, but I think they are important.
The first thing I would like to mention is some of the proportions. Overall they are pretty good, but I feel a few things could be touched up. For example, the character on the left's hand holding the cell phone seems a bit too small compared to the other one. The same goes for the foot that's further away. I realize that both those elements are supposed to be further back in space, but I don't feel like the perspective is that great to warrant that big a difference. The character on the right doesn't really have this problem and it looks more natural.
My second suggestion would be to practice maintaining the perspective of the face. I'm going to pick on the left character again for this. If you draw a center line on her head straight down from her nose you will notice that her chin and mouth are too far over to the right. Again, if you do this with the character on the right everything lines up a lot better. Overall it's not too bad though, but I feel it would really help your drawings even more if you just practiced that a bit.
OK, I think that's all I have to say about this drawing. Hopefully my suggestions are helpful to you. Great job on this one and I'm sure you'll make tons of awesome stuff going forward too!

These characters have very dynamic, eye-catching and identifiable designs.
Anatomically they are fine, the colors they wear are great and they are neat, their expressions give them more style and the clothing that they have helps them to contrast, much more with those poses they do.
In fact, lately I have seen great designs on the page and these designs fall into that range. You have a unique talent!

Gotta love my girls Polly and Vera! Mostly Polly because she's hilariously crazy, Vera, while beautiful is terrifying. XD Now if only I could have Damien, Liam, and Scott too!
