It's been a little while I've done a pixel sprite. And I recently found out that there is a lighter blue palette in Yellow version, so I recolored a few of my older sprites with it now. Yeah this one was rather easy to draw, and for the most part, I had a good time doing it. The original sprite design is owned by Nintendo and Game Freak.
