Calypso is the creator of the Twisted Metal competition, where several drivers, from pretty much every background, compete in vehicular combat in hopes of getting their ultimate wish, whatever it may be, granted by the Calypso himself. Although he has a strange way of twisting what they wish for sometimes, usually resulting in unwanted results.
