Description
The State of Oreconsin has set up a Variable Speed Corridor Between Starfire City and the I88-I92 Interchange at Blalock ( fav.me/dcazv6d ) This was setup initially as a test to see how people would react to it. Testing was completed showing good results, so it was decided to leave the corridor in place.
