Spoiler alert for recent chapters:

Shimura's Quirk was some sort of floating ability, and it's one of the powers stockpiled by One for All that Izuku Midoriya will eventually have to master. I'm guessing it'll be the last one to manifest in, and will be utilized at the series climax as a quick and easy method to avoid Shigaraki's disintegration ability (which can now propagate through adjacent solids instead of just whatever he touches directly, as of the Meta Liberation arc).
