oh that is so good , hai the Design of the eye´s is awesome.  
- the blurred effect of the Backround is good but, should the lamp behinde the Lady not be a little bit more sharp.

Eyes is not my part.
And about lamps - they not far away from camera, so for them hard blur will be incorrect.
