Another in my animation series. This one- and the next 2- are based on Batman: The Animated Series. Again, like "Pooh Corner" this was done as a 'cell set-up' with a pre-made background. In this case, said background is not from the series-I couldn't find a good shot of Police Headquarters that would work. This one was the result of an internet search.
