Thats hard.. Uhm, a lot of guidelines is needed at the beginning. I build mine off of Circles & cylinders mostly.
I've watched these videos on youtube and thought they helped. Give it a try!

Very nicely done, as usual~ (too bad I can't write critiques in that little special box)
Although this is a chibi, her left hand is still a bit small. Her arm, however, is fine. The left leg also has a bit of problems. The (I forgot what it's called /facepalm) leg or chunk of meat below the knee seems to be bent at an unnatural angle and also seems to be a bit "skinnier" than the right leg which makes it look a bit awkward because the left leg is before the right leg. ><
And that's about it. I always liked your coloring (man that hair coloring is awesome) and the clean line art.
I'm not going to tell you how to fix them because it's up to you to figure out how. That's a way to learn more. (: (I'm sorry if it's super hard to read
