Walmart is trying to develop a 40 acre power center beside a jesuit retreat and class 3 wetland in Guelph,Ontario,despite local opposition.
The jesuit center and retreat among other things has an organic farm and apple orchard.
The proposed walmart adjacent to the center will change all that.
You cannot put a paved 40 acre power center beside a class 3 wetland and working organic farm without completely destroying the environment,sanctity and aesthetics of the center.
